Wypken Gerrits Feenstra, born in Wartena on March 19, 1801, christened there on May 10, 1801, daughter of Gerrit Wybes Feenstra (peat cutting supervisor) and Aurelia Sybrens Visser, died in Buiksloot on February 28, 1848, aged 46 years.

Wypken was married in Idaarderadeel on February 4, 1836, at the age of 34 to her cousin
Hoyte Uiltjes Veenema (aged 33 years), born in Wartena on September 1, 1802, christened there on October 17, 1802, son of Uiltje Hoytes Veenema (peat cutting supervisor) and Feikjen Wybes Feenstra, barge hand.
Hoyte was married afterwards in Idaarderadeel on March 11, 1850, at the age of 47 to Maartje Teunis den Draak (aged approximately 25 years), born in Vlaardingen circa 1825, daughter of Teunis den Draak and Gerarda Zoutendijk, seamstress.
