Hobbe was married afterwards on May 15, 1858, at the age of 44 to Wypkje Taekeles Hanenburg (aged 33 years), born in Barradeel on January 6, 1825, daughter of Taekele Tjebbes Hanenburg (worker) and Pietje Pieters Wykel, housekeeper and woman worker, died in Midlum on February 24, 1896, aged 71 years. Wypkje lived afterwards with Rommert Klases Tigchelaar, born in Wijnaldum on November 14, 1823, son of Klaas Tjerks Tichelaar (shoemaker's hand, shoemaker and worker) and Trijntje Rommerts Radema (maid servant and woman worker), farmhand and worker, died in Tzummarum on September 11, 1897, aged 73 years. Rommert was married before in Barradeel on April 10, 1852, at the age of 28 to Baukje Jans Dijkstra (aged 21 years), born in Sexbierum on March 27, 1831, daughter of Jan Arjens Dijkstra (rammer and rammer) and Jetske Hobbes Dijkstra, woman worker, died in Wijnaldum on January 29, 1859, aged 27 years.
