Klaas Westerhuis, born in Wartena on August 22, 1850, son of Pier Huberts Westerhuis and Wiepkjen Wybes Feenstra, died in Leeuwarden on March 8, 1919, aged 68 years.

Klaas was married in Achtkarspelen on October 2, 1880, at the age of 30 to
Antje Zwart (aged approximately 22 years), born in Twijzel circa 1858, daughter of Gerrit Gerrits Zwart and Hinke Hielkes de Vries.
