Anna van Voorthuizen, born in Baarn circa 1892, daughter of Zilvester van Voorthuizen and Aleyda Wevers.

Anna was married in Amersfoort on March 27, 1918, at the age of approximately 26 to
Keimpe Johannes van Kamp (aged approximately 28 years), born in Amerongen circa 1890, son of Evert van Kamp (coppersmith) and Aukje Keimpes Feenstra (maid servant), fireman.
