Redmer Lolkes Bargsma, born in Joure on June 13, 1792, christened there on July 1, 1792, son of Lolke Aukes Bargsma (cabinetmaker and cabinetmaker) and Pietje Redmers Fijlstra, innkeeper, cabinetmaker, cabinetmaker, cabinetmaker, cabinetmaker, cabinetmaker, cabinetmaker and cabinetmaker, died in Workum on January 23, 1861, aged 68 years.
Redmer was married afterwards in Workum on July 8, 1821, at the age of 29 to Aukje Jelles Hoekstra (aged 24 years), born in Workum on January 5, 1797, christened there on January 15, 1797, daughter of Jelle Martens Hoekstra (castellan and castelein) and Hendrikje Pieters, died on December 4, 1858, aged 61 years.
